Express delivery within Australia

Customers can expect to have their correctly completed order delivered within 2 working days, depending on the final destination. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders received before 3pm will be shipped same day and, in most cases, delivered next day (depended on the carrier).

Shipping costs can be estimated during the purchasing process.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available for delivery during business hours. 

International deliveries

We do ship internationally. All costs associated with the delivery of these In relation to orders located outside Australia, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods the subject of your order can be lawfully imported to the destination country (i.e., America/New Zealand). You are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You are responsible for the payment of any such costs (which may be in addition to the stated purchase price for such goods on the Web Site).

Late / Missing deliveries

Returns

If your not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, contact me on dane.straker@thetoothfairy.com.au and we will either exchange or refund your entire purchase… Simple.
